Refund
We have a 15-day refund policy with an exception for items purchased with our gift cards. Which means that you have 15 days after receiving your order to request a refund, except for items you purchased with our gift cards which cannot be returned for refund. Your order reception date is supposed to be your order delivery date (the date of delivery notice).
To be eligible for a refund, your returned item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Which means that your returned item must include complete original packaging and contents. The items listed below are eligible for a refund only if they are unopened (sealed) :
- Batteries : unopened (sealed);
- Toners and inks : unopened (sealed).
You will need your order number in order to request a refund. To request a refund, please fill up the return or exchange an order form. Once we have accepted your request, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days.
Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we have approved your return, please contact us at support@fasorium.com. A returned item which does not meet the requirements of our return and exchange policy may result with a partial refund or may not be accepted. Shipping fees for orders delivered outside of Canada are not refundable.
Exchange
We have a 15-day exchange policy. Which means that you have 15 days after receiving your order to request an exchange. Your order reception date is supposed to be your order delivery date (the date of delivery notice). You may request an exchange when your item arrived damaged, when a wrong item, size or color has been delivered to you, and when the item is defective.
To be eligible for an exchange, your non-damaged returned item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. While your damaged returned item must be in its original packaging. Which means that your return must include complete original packaging and contents.
You will need your order number in order to request an exchange. To request an exchange, please fill up the return or exchange an order form. Once we have accepted your request, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item. If approved, we will ship back to you a new item as soon as possible.
